Auditor, Tax Advisor & Partner
Václav is a member of the Board of Directors of PROBIS Audit a.s. He specializes in audits of larger companies and economic advisory. After graduating from the Prague University of Economics and Business, he gained his experience working for an international auditing firm from the so-called Big Four. Václav is an auditor with a KAČR license number 2365, a tax advisor with a KDPČR certificate number 4901, and a member of the British ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). Among the most significant projects Václav is responsible for is the IFRS consolidation of a holding company of more than 50 entities. Václav was also a member of the team ensuring the preparation of a company's IPO on the American NYSE (New York Stock Exchange) and was responsible for the financial part of the capital restructuring of a holding company with assets exceeding CZK 5 billion. Furthermore, Václav has participated in several company transactions where the transaction price was around CZK 1 billion. Václav speaks fluent Czech and English and has a passive knowledge of Polish.
Attorney at Law & Partner
Kateřina is a partner and attorney at PROBIS Legal v.o.s., a law firm. After studying at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, she worked in a medium-sized international consulting group and subsequently acted as an independent attorney. Kateřina focuses on corporate, commercial, and employment law. Her specialization also includes transformations and the creation of holding structures, as well as optimizing business models with an emphasis on legal compliance. Within her practice, she has audited the internal setup and functioning of legal departments of large and medium-sized enterprises for clients.
Auditor & Partner
Petra specializes in statutory audits of commercial companies, verification of consolidated financial statements, and financial due diligence. She has extensive experience with the application of Czech accounting regulations as well as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Within her practice, she helps clients identify process risks and streamline internal control systems so that they are fully compliant with legislation and support healthy company growth. Besides being an auditor, Petra is also a certified accounting expert. Petra has successfully graduated from two universities.
Tax Advisor & Partner
Klára is a partner at PROBIS Audit a.s. responsible for tax advisory related to transactions, transformations, and ESOPs. Before passing her tax advisor exams, Klára worked in a managerial position in audit, where she gained extensive experience in accounting, including IFRS. Klára has experience from tax audits and cases such as the implementation of an international ESOP plan in the Czech Republic and its impact on the local tax environment. Klára is also responsible for certain advisory engagements with an international element, cooperating with foreign members of our network in more than 70 countries worldwide, specifically, for example, in the USA.

In his legal practice, Andrzej focuses primarily on commercial and corporate law, mergers, acquisitions, and comprehensive legal audits (due diligence). He provides strategic legal advice in establishing holding structures, transforming business companies, and setting up contractual relations. He has extensive experience in resolving demanding commercial disputes and effectively protecting the interests of corporate clients.
